If you require any assistance or if your product is damaged, contact us with in 3 weeks of receiving your product.

Please supply photos of damaged products.

Return Policy

All sales are final, however if your order arrives and is damaged contact us at hello@mytribetype.com 

Returned to sender

The customer is responsible for postage of returns to the original printer. If the printer issues a new product we will let you know. Please ensure we are contacted when you ship a product back to the printer so we can follow up with a response. Contact us with in 3 weeks or we will not be able to assist.

Shipping speeds

Our printed products are printed on demand and are sent via regular mail. Once your item has been shipped and reaches the destination country it is in the hands of the mail carrier. We will do our best to help if any issues arise.

We cannot guarantee delivery times due to the standard global postal service at this time.
