A custom, exclusive event where Amanda creates a savory and sweet dish using seasonal, local produce from one of the most renowned Provence markets. A menu is provided in a handwritten and illustrated fashion using her signature artistic style, combining an ink dip pen and watercolors.

As an artist who found herself in Provence, Amanda creates exquisite French-inspired line drawings and watercolors, capturing the beauty and romance of her surroundings.
With over 35 years of experience as a chef, restaurateur, food consultant, and educator, Amanda offers a unique perspective on Provence cuisine. Her food story is an artist's story, blending culinary expertise with creative flair.
VILLAGE HOUSE TOUR ~ VISITE D’UNE MAISON DU VILLAGE
Curious about life in a central village house? Explore a typical three-story apartment, beautifully renovated to preserve its original charm and Provence character. Experience the authentic ambiance of village living.
ATELIER VIEWING ~ VISITE DE L’ATELIER
A peek inside the artist’s studio where guests may see completed and current artworks on display. Amanda creates her works using pen, an ink dip fountain pen, and watercolors in a line drawing style. She captures the originality of each object and creates movement within her lines while maintaining the romance of each object.
