Sheer Provençal luxury in every detail.
I saw this amazing shabby-slik Bergère chair in a two-story brocante outside Avignon. The pale threads of silk wilted from her delicate carved bones. I wanted to capture her and bring her to life in this vintage frame.
The floral details in rose pink, the turn of the legs and the casual, I just live here cushions on the floor set her up for a long happy life.
She has a border of pale French grey, with that memory of blue and little specks of gold to enhance her glow.
I look at her in the corner and she makes me happy.
